What is the free returns policy?

We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes.

If you’re not happy with something you receive from us for any reason, you can return your order complete, unused, or unassembled in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

Faulty/damaged Goods

Please contact us at littleleafybees@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We cannot issue refunds of faulty items without proof.

 

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We aim to refund your item within 5 working days of receipt.
We will issue a full refund (minus return postage, unless faulty) to the original payment method.
Once the order is refunded you will be notified by email.
Free refunds apply to sales in the UK only.
